The way the Indian economy has grown in the last several decades, it is appreciated by the whole world and behind the growth of its economy, many factors are involved such as the introduction of new economic policy LPG, in India and taking action by implementing new and modern changes in India to produce and meet the global demand. The Indian workforce has a huge hand behind bringing the Indian economy to this position today because India is growing aggressively in the whole world due to its skilled workforce. Along with the boom in the economy, the skills within the Indian people are also developing very fast and their skills are becoming more enhanced. The government has taken a lot of steps to develop skills within Indians and has ensured through the Indian education system that every citizen of India can get a good education. Today, Indians are hired on high positions or hierarchy in big companies around the world, which proves that Indians have a much sharper mind and that is why the Indian workforce is very much in demand at the global level. Many Indians work in big countries such as America, Saudi Arabia, and other countries because they get optimum opportunities there and according to their talent, these countries also provide monetary benefits. But the biggest reason for this boom in the demand of Indian people at the global level is the education of the Indian people and the Indian education system behind it has a huge contribution because the Indian education system ensures that every citizen of this country is well educated according to the global requirement. Under the Indian education system, 29 states of India combine and make it a huge education system, but under this, many states contribute more, while many states contribute less. If any of these states have the highest contribution, then it is Kerala. The literacy rate of Kerala state is the highest in the whole of India according to the current data with 93.91% and it leads in all other states. The backbone of the Kerala education system is the Kerala Board of Public Examination (KBPE) and Kerala University and Kerala university admission 2020 is still going on.

Begining of the University of Kerala:

The initiative was first taken in the nineteenth-century by the Church Mission Society Missionaries in Kerala, to promote mass education in Kerala and at present, Kerala’s education system has become so much modern and technologically advanced that most NRIs in India come from the state of Kerala.

The University of Kerala is considered to be one of the biggest pillars of the Kerala education world, on which the education system of Kerala rests. It was established in 1937 at Thiruvananthapuram, capital of Kerala and its former name was the University of Travancore. Kerala University is one of the 16 universities in India which has received approval from UGC.

Admissions 2020:

According to the Kerala university admission 2020, admission in the popular courses such as BTech and BArch admission is based on the score in Kerala engineering, architecture, medical, and pharmacy (KEAM) exam. If seen overall, this university offers more than 350 courses at UG, PG and Ph.D. level under 15 streams. For admission in this university, native students of Kerala are given first preference, and only after that seats are allotted to students from other states of India and the application form is available on the official website of the Kerala University. Talking about the Kerala University fees, then the fee structure varies from course to course and on the medium of enrollment.

In this university, admission in UG courses is completely merit-based, BFA, BPA, and BPEd programs. For courses like BFA, BPA, and BPEd, the university conducts a separate entrance exam for admission, and the same, admission in law programs is based on the KLEE score. The University of Kerala conducts a separate entrance exam for admission into PG programs after that selected students undergo an interview round. In the same MBA program, the admission of the students depends on their performance exams such as CAT, MAT and then the students have to go through rounds like group discussion and personal interview after which the final merit list of a selected student is prepared. Kerala University Fees for MBA Program is on the higher side but due to a very high return on investment in this course, the fee is justified.

For the moment, all the exam dates have been postponed by the university as the lockdown is going on in India due to the COVID19 outbreak and no information has been given on the new date yet. The dates will be announced soon after once the lockdown is over
